The Encanto Selection Process

We target specific homes with $100K potential. With proper market research, we identify the most popular areas and who those areas attract. This helps curate each home for the target market during the design process for maximum growth.

A walk-through of the property is performed resulting in design and hospitality recommendations. You have a dedicated advisor to work with you on how to make changes in design, professional photography, expert copywriting, and streamlined management to maximize the income potential for your property. Your property will always be in Ready to Sell Condition under our management.

As we are selective with which properties we choose to add to our boutique offerings, we have a checklist of requirements for each unit. As such we ensure all appliances, water pressure, wifi speeds, etc. are tested thoroughly.

Your home is launched on multiple sites for vacation rentals and corporate housing sites and added to our automation process. Monthly performance reports are provided.
